How to measure glenoid bone loss on CT

CT BOTH GLENOID FOSSA
 
HISTORY:
Three times anterior dislocation left shoulder. Assessment of glenoid configuration and bone loss.
 
FINDINGS:   RIGHT   LEFT
         
GLENOID HEIGHT:   43.6mm   42.4mm
GLENOID WIDTH:   28.4mm   24.7mm
ANTERIOR STRAIGHT LINE:   none   13.9mm
         
Hill-Sachs size   none   mild
         
There is no fracture at the antero-inferior glenoid rim.
 
CONCLUSION:
There is moderate [3.7mm (13.0%)] anterior glenoid bone loss.
